OpenAI just shipped GPT-6 Astra, and it is the best creative director you can hire. Tonight you plug it into Magnific and build client ads like a factory: Astra thinks, Magnific makes, you ship. Four prompts, zero design skills needed.
💰 Watch This Before Anything Else

yes, per day
It is an AI-made song ad. Built with the exact stack you are learning tonight: GPT Astra + Magnific. No film crew, no studio, no design team. This is the bar now.
🎞️ The Reference Vault: Watch These First
Six references pulled from X this week. Watch them BEFORE we build anything, so you know what the bar looks like. Steal the pattern, not the pixels.
The mascot song ad (massage gun)
WHAT'S HAPPENINGA purple mascot gets his knots melted by a massage gun, suffers through rope-tied "tension", then plays padel pain-free with his mascot friends. Sung captions carry the pitch. This is Alex The AI Ads Guy's example, and it is the exact 8-step Song Ad Pipeline from this class.
WHY IT'S POWERFULA mascot has zero likeness rights, zero creator fees, and infinite reuse. The song makes the benefit loop in your head, and the absurd visuals earn the rewatch. Character + song = the most fatigue-proof format running right now.
The Pixar story ad (Tradesman Nutrition)
WHAT'S HAPPENINGA 3D animated construction worker lives on Red Bull and Taco Bell, discovers a supplement at the bar with a buddy ("40 pounds down"), and the payoff is him throwing a baseball with his kid at sunset: "first thing I've done right."
WHY IT'S POWERFULIt is a full story arc, not a pitch: problem, turn, emotional payoff. The character IS the avatar (blue-collar guy), so the viewer watches himself win. Animation slides past ad blindness that kills lookalike UGC.
The AI UGC actor (skincare)
WHAT'S HAPPENINGA photoreal woman in her 50s, bathrobe, morning bathroom light, talks to camera and applies a sheet mask. Every frame of her is AI. No creator was hired, briefed, or paid.
WHY IT'S POWERFULThe actor matches the avatar EXACTLY (try casting this fast with real creators), never misreads the script, and you own the footage forever. UGC volume stops being limited by people.
Astra website: Art.Car detailing
WHAT'S HAPPENINGA landing page for a CAR DETAILING business: fashion-magazine serif headline, a classic maroon car as the 3D centerpiece with doors that open as you interact, proof stats in the corners.
WHY IT'S POWERFULThis is luxury-brand design on a local-service budget, from a prompt. Your roofing and chiro clients compete against templates; walking in with THIS level is a different conversation.
Astra website reel: 3 brands, 3 languages
WHAT'S HAPPENINGThree Astra-built sites back to back: a voice SaaS ("Think it. Say it. Done."), a coffee brand with giant type and a can in a spotlight, and a quiet editorial studio site in serif.
WHY IT'S POWERFULSame model, three completely different design languages. That is the Brand Plate lesson on screen: feed it the brand's world and it designs IN that world instead of defaulting to template look.
Astra builds a playable game world
WHAT'S HAPPENING"Afterlight": an isometric game world with rain-soaked districts, a companion character, minimap, free camera. A walkable, playable WORLD, generated.
WHY IT'S POWERFULThis is the ceiling of the tool you just got access to. If it ships an interactive world, your ad, your landing page, your client's funnel are light work. Aim higher than everyone else's "good enough".

THE BRAND PLATE · COPY ALLROLE:
You are now the creative director for [CLIENT NAME], a [NICHE] business. Everything I attached is your source of truth: brand guide, product images, past winning ads, and the customer avatar.
FIRST, BUILD THE PLATE:
Read everything and give me back a one-screen BRAND PLATE with:
1. Palette: the exact hex colors and where each is allowed
2. Type: the brand fonts and their roles
3. Voice: 5 words that describe it, 5 words that are banned
4. Visual rules: what our images always have, what they never have
5. The avatar in 3 lines: who buys, what pain, what they want to feel
6. What made the past winners win: one line each
FROM NOW ON:
- Every concept, prompt, and critique you produce must obey the plate
- When I ask for anything off-brand, warn me once, then do it
- Keep answers structured and tight. You are a director, not an essayist.
Confirm the plate, then wait for my brief.
✅You should see: a one-screen "Brand Plate" with colors, fonts, voice, rules. Wrong somewhere? Correct it in one message NOW. Then pin this chat. It is this client's creative director forever.
🎵 Making a Song Ad? The Song Comes First
The $1M/day ad at the top is a song. And the order matters: you write the song BEFORE anything gets generated in Magnific, because the cuts of the track decide every visual. Eight steps:
1CLAUDE
Write the song as a hero's journey: pain, discovery, transformation, CTA. Prompt below.
2SUNO
Make the music. Paste the lyrics + style prompt at suno.com. Generate 3 takes, pick one.
3CAPCUT
Cut the track into 5-7 second parts. Or ask Claude Code to do it with ffmpeg.
4CLAUDE
Map the cuts. Which are A-roll (a character singing) vs B-roll (scenes)? Prompt below.
5CLAUDE
Start frames. Same prompt gives you an image prompt for each cut's first frame.
6MAGNIFIC
Make the frames. Generate each start frame. Higgsfield or any gen platform works too.
7SEEDANCE 2.5
Make the videos. Start frame + that cut's music file. The music cut is what gives you lipsync.
8CAPCUT
Stitch in order. CapCut, or have Claude Code concat the clips for you.
THE SONG SCRIPT · COPY ALLWe are making a song ad for [OFFER], for the avatar on the brand plate. The song IS the script of the ad: it gets split into scenes later, so write it as a hero's journey where the hero is the avatar.
1. THE SONG (60-120 seconds sung), structured EXACTLY as:
- ORDINARY WORLD (opening ~15s): the hero stuck in the pain. The first 5 seconds are the HOOK: impossible to scroll past.
- THE CALL (~10-15s): he meets the product or the mechanism.
- THE STRUGGLE (~15-20s): doubt, first tries, first small win.
- TRANSFORMATION (~20-25s): life with the problem gone. The chorus lives here and repeats the offer or brand name.
- THE RETURN (final ~10-15s): the hero changed, then the offer and CTA sung plainly.
Rules: simple words, big emotion, rhymes that stick in your head. Format: a lyric sheet with a [timestamp] on every line, each section labeled with its arc beat. This exact sheet is what the ad generator reads later, so the timestamps must be honest.
2. THE SUNO PROMPT:
One line I paste into Suno: genre, mood, tempo, voice type. Pick what fits the avatar, not what is trendy.
✅You should have: a lyric sheet with timestamps, labeled ORDINARY WORLD through THE RETURN, plus a Suno style line. Go to suno.com, paste both, generate 3 takes, download the winner as mp3. Sheet + mp3 are exactly the two inputs Step 2 asks for.
THE CUT MAP · COPY ALLHere is the final song: [paste lyric sheet]. I cut the track into [N] parts of 5-7 seconds each, timestamps: [list them].
FOR EACH CUT, GIVE ME:
1. A-ROLL or B-ROLL: A-roll = a character on camera singing this line (needs lipsync). B-roll = a scene that SHOWS what the line means.
2. THE SHOT: the visualization idea in one sentence. Same characters, same world, across every cut.
3. START FRAME PROMPT: the full image prompt for this cut's first frame: subject, setting, composition, lighting, brand palette from the plate. No text in the image.
4. MOTION PROMPT: one line for the video model: camera move + what happens in these 5-7 seconds.
Keep one consistent visual world for the whole song. Output as a numbered table, one row per cut.
The lipsync rule: in Seedance 2.5, every A-roll clip gets its start frame AND that exact 5-7 second music cut. That is what makes the mouth match the song. B-roll clips only need the motion prompt.
Why this format prints: a song loops in the viewer's head after the scroll. The Resilia ad you watched runs this exact recipe: AI song, AI frames, AI video, stitched. No crew, no studio.

The Hero's Journey Ad (1-2 min, scene by scene)
~30 min
The big format: your avatar as the hero of a 60-120 second story, generated scene by scene through the Magnific MCP with Seedance 2.5. You bring two things from the Song section above: the audio track (mp3 from Suno) and the copy sheet (the lyrics, as text). Magnific gets BOTH: the text drives the scenes, the audio drives the lipsync.
Open Claude Code with the Magnific MCP connected (magnific.ai, one-time setup). No MCP? The manual path is the 8-step pipeline above.
Have ready: the Suno mp3, the lyric sheet with timestamps, and your Brand Plate.
Paste the prompt below, attach the audio, paste the lyrics into the placeholder. Enter.
THE HERO'S JOURNEY AD · COPY ALLROLE:
You are my ad director and producer. You have the Magnific MCP connected. We are producing a hero's journey ad, 60 to 120 seconds total, scene by scene, using Seedance 2.5 for every video scene.
INPUTS:
- OFFER: [what we sell, e.g. "the named lead system install"]
- HERO: [the avatar, e.g. "a 45 year old roofing company owner drowning in bad leads"]
- BRAND PLATE: [paste it, or point to the pinned chat]
- AUDIO TRACK: [attach the Suno mp3. This is the copy of the ad.]
- COPY SHEET: [paste the lyrics with timestamps. Same words as the audio.]
THE ARC (hero's journey, compressed for an ad):
1. ORDINARY WORLD: 2 scenes, 5-7 seconds each. The hero stuck in the pain.
2. THE CALL: 1-2 scenes, 4-6 seconds each. He meets the product or mechanism.
3. THE STRUGGLE: 2-3 scenes, 5-7 seconds each. Doubt, first tries, first small win.
4. TRANSFORMATION: 2-3 scenes, 5-7 seconds each. Life with the problem gone.
5. THE RETURN: 1-2 scenes, 4-6 seconds each. The hero changed, then the offer and CTA.
Total: 10-14 scenes. Total runtime must land between 60 and 120 seconds and match the audio track's length.
FOR EVERY SCENE, PRODUCE:
- Scene number + EXACT duration in seconds
- Which timestamped lines of the copy sheet it covers
- A-ROLL or B-ROLL: A-roll = the hero on camera delivering that line, NEEDS LIPSYNC. B-roll = a scene that shows what the line means, no lipsync.
- START FRAME image prompt: subject, setting, composition, lighting, brand palette. No text in the image.
- SEEDANCE 2.5 motion prompt: camera move + what happens in those seconds.
- Same hero, same wardrobe, same world in every scene.
WORKFLOW, THROUGH THE MAGNIFIC MCP:
1. Show me the full SCENE MAP first as a table (number, duration, copy lines, A/B-roll, one-line visual). WAIT for my GO.
2. On GO: generate every start frame via the Magnific MCP. Show me the batch. I approve or order redos.
3. On approval: generate each scene with Seedance 2.5 via the MCP: start frame + motion prompt, and for every A-ROLL scene also attach that scene's exact AUDIO CUT so Seedance does the lipsync.
4. Deliver the numbered clips in order plus the stitch list. Do not skip an approval gate.
✅You should see: the scene map table FIRST, and nothing generating until you type GO. Check the durations add up to your track length, then let it run. Stitch the delivered clips in CapCut or let Claude Code concat them.
The lipsync rule lives here too: A-roll scenes only sync when Seedance 2.5 receives that scene's exact audio cut. If a mouth looks wrong, the fix is almost always "wrong or missing audio cut", not the prompt.

Make it in Magnific
~15 min
For statics, or to redo one frame by hand: open Magnific, paste the image prompt (from Astra, or from a scene of your Hero's Journey). Generate 4 variations.
Pick the one that stops YOUR thumb. None good? Tell Astra what is wrong, it fixes the prompt, generate again.
Run only the finish moves the image needs:

Let the director judge it
~5 min per ad
Drop the finished ad (headline on) back into the same Astra chat:
THE PROOF · COPY ALLHere is the finished ad for the [ANGLE] spec. Judge it as the creative director:
1. THUMB-STOP: would the avatar stop scrolling? Yes or no, one reason.
2. PLATE CHECK: list anything that violates the brand plate.
3. AD-SLOP CHECK: anything that screams "AI made this"? Name it.
4. THE ONE FIX: the single change with the biggest impact.
5. VERDICT: SHIP, FIX THEN SHIP, or KILL.
Be direct. A polite yes that wastes ad spend is worse than a harsh kill.
SHIP→upload itFIX THEN SHIP→back to Step 3KILL→back to Step 2, next angle
The loop is the skill: two passes through this and your worst ad beats most agencies' best. Nothing ships without a SHIP verdict.
📸 Use Cases from the Studio
Real plays with this exact pipeline. New ones get added as they come in.
USE CASE 01
Template in, campaign out
Show Astra one past winning layout. It specs 5 new angles on the same skeleton. A week of creative in one afternoon.
USE CASE 02
One product photo, five ads
Client sends one photo. Magnific: cut background, relight, expand. Astra: 5 headlines in brand voice. Five statics from one file.
USE CASE 03
The brand mascot franchise
Design ONE mascot with Astra (character sheet on the Brand Plate), then reuse it in every song ad forever. Zero likeness rights, zero creator drama, and fans start recognizing the character. The massage gun ad in the Vault is this play.
USE CASE 04
The AI casting call
Generate 3 different AI actors matching 3 slices of the avatar (age, style, vibe). Run the same script on all 3, let Meta tell you which face converts, scale the winner. Casting that used to take weeks runs in one afternoon.
USE CASE 05
The client as the hero
Run the Hero's Journey pipeline with your CLIENT'S customer as the hero: the homeowner with the leaking roof, the patient with the bad back. Plug the finished ad on top of the 5.21 diagnosis funnel. Full-stack machine, all AI.
USE CASE 06
The website upsell
After the funnel is live, have Astra design the client a luxury-level site (the Art.Car reference in the Vault). One prompt, one afternoon, one more line item on the invoice that used to be a $10K agency job.
